COVID-19 and Lockdown Delays

We use Australia Post and Aramex for most parcel deliveries. Please note that currently all couriers are experiencing delays due to both COVID-19 compliance for staff and drivers and un-precedented delivery volumes particularly in NSW and to a lesser degree Victoria.

If you believe your order has been significantly delayed, please contact us and quote your order number. We will assist you by inquiring with couriers directly and open a parcel delay investigation if needed. Note that due to the delays they are receiving high volumes of enquiries and can take a few days to respond. We will communicate with you via email to keep you updated with the status of your enquiry.
