I haven't received any information about my order?

Our system will automatically send you an email confirming your order along with your tax invoice.

Once your item is packed ready for collection by Australia Post or one of our couriers, you will receive an email with the tracking details. 

The most common reason our valued customers do not receive an email about their order or a response to a question, is beacuse our email has gone to your spam or junk folder. 

In some cases our emails can be blocked by internet mail providers. This is very common with providers of free email addresses such as hotmail. 

We always respond to emails within 24 hours on business days but usually much faster. 

We suggest you whitelist (add to safe sender list) our transactional and customer support email address which is

We do not send newsletters or promotional offers from this address. We also never send promotional offers via SMS. Sometimes we may use SMS to contact you but only in regard to an order, or if we have not received a reply to an email from us that requires your response.
